All correspondence regarding tour packages and travel service bookings should be addressed to Ac Tempo Traveller Hire.
For all services provided, a contract will be established between Ac Tempo Traveller Hire and the client. This contract will take effect once an advance payment has been made to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the services. Ac Tempo Traveller Hire reserves the right to determine the amount of the advance payment, which will be based on the nature of the service and the time remaining until the service begins.
All payments are to be made in the name of Ac Tempo Traveller Hire. Domestic clients can make payments using any of the following methods:
By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card)
By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).
By Cash / Cheque
By Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
By UPI (PayTM, Google pay, BHIM)
In the case of payment through a credit or debit card, a 3.5% bank charge will be added to the total amount.
All payments should be made free and clear of any withholding taxes or deductions.
Any bank charges for remittance, whether by the remitting bank or an intermediary bank, will be strictly borne by the payer.
Please note that an Ac Tempo Traveller Hire employee or agent will never ask for your card number, CVV, net banking login, password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or to install third-party apps like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
Please note that the cost of extra usage of the vehicle (cars/coaches with the driver) is not included in the services. Therefore, extra usage of the vehicle after transfers or sightseeing is not permitted.
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, any increases in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as extra.
We will not be responsible for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
All itineraries provided are sample itineraries, intended to provide a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Various factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical abilities of the participants may lead to itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort, and general well-being.
We shall not be held responsible for any delays or alterations in the program, or for expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, breakdowns of transport, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or any other uncertain incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of God, dangers, fire, accidents, breakdowns in machinery or equipment, breakdowns of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or customs department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not offer any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to arrange such insurance at their own discretion. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk at all times.
